Summary: This small hotel is a lovely setting - no matter what your reason for visiting Aiken. The owner lovingly restored the main building and then added small courtyards and gentle lighting to make it as beautiful at night as it is during the day. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!!!

Summary: Everything about Carriage House Inn was top-notch: friendly and helpful staff, clean facilities, breakfast made fresh, and a walkable downtown Aiken. My only complaint is that my mattress was too soft. There was a significant dip in the middle, so I did not sleep very well.
